Currency and Pricing
All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
Shipping and Delivery
Johnny Jungle delivers plants and plant related products all over New Zealand. Shipping polich is outlined on our Shipping Info page (under the About menu), and prices will be clearly quoted on each order at checkout.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Johnny Jungle. In the unlikely event that goods sold are faulty or damaged, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Non-live products such as pots, merchandise, or plant care products may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs), or a Johnny Jungle store credit provided that they meet the following criteria:
a. Items are returned in new and unused condition.
b. Are in the original packaging (if applicable).
c. The return is organised within 14 days of receiving your order.
d. There is an issue with an item being damaged or faulty
To request a refund, please email email@example.com and we will be in contact within 2 business days.
Refunds can only be made back to the bank/credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation.
Given the live nature of plants, we do not offer refunds on plants unless they are damaged in transit (see shipping policy). Please choose carefully, and understand that every plant is unique, meaning it may not be exactly as imagined. At Johnny Jungle, we do our best to sell beautiful, quality plants and give accurate details of plant size/grade and colour. Images are representative and product may not be exactly as pictured.
Please note that sale items are sold as is, and cannot be returned.
We value our customers and welcome any feedback or contact regarding satisfaction concerns. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us with the issue so we can work something out. We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome. This may include a re-delivery of the original order or a substitute order. A refund may be considered, and in the event of a refund, will be in the same tender as the original purchase at our sole discretion.
The contents of our website, including images, copy, and the site as a whole, are owned by Johnny Jungle and its affiliates. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.
Any trademarks or logos referring to third parties (such as our stockists and affiliates), are also protected by Copyright law, used with permission.
