Shipping Info

Johnny Jungle is based in Mount Eden, Auckland

A shipping fee covers the costs of handling and delivery with tracking, and will be calculated on your order dependent on the delivery address. Shipping fees will be specified during checkout, before your order is confirmed by you and processed for payment.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once courier ticket has been created to the email address or phone number supplied to us.

Local deliveries to Auckland addresses near Mount Eden may wish to organise pick up. Please select pick-up at checkout to organise a suitable time. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid plants being held by courier companies over the weekend. If your order is a South Island rural delivery address, we will only ship Monday-Tuesday for these.

We always ship on overnight couriers. However, couriers do not allow overnight service for every destination (e.g. rural delivery addresses).

Please be in touch with us if you do not receive your tracking number within two business days of your order.

 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us at johnnyjungleplantco@gmail.com with proof of damages as soon as possible. We'll be in touch and organise exchange/replacement from there.
