Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment Security
Johnny Jungle does not store any payment information or credit card data. To complete your purchase, payment gateways offered at checkout encrypt your credit card data and store this information only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Financial Information is the responsibility of Shopify and payment gateway providers, who use secured methods to ensure safe handling of payment information.
Johnny Jungle will never ask for your credit card information over email or other electronic means such as social media messenger or chat applications. Please let us know immediately if you appear to receive a request for your financial information from us.
If you order from us directly rather than placing an order through our website, you will receive an invoice to deposit payment into a bank account belonging to Johnny Jungle.
