COVID-19 RESPONSE
During this time, we are following our government requirements closely to ensure safest procedures possible.
With the announcement of moving to Alert Level 3, we are able to deliver to Level 3 Zones. Shipping will continue as normal for Level 3 zones except rural delivery for now (due to courier delays).
Please expect some delays in shipping with an extension to expected delivery time - up to five days. If your order is still delayed, please contact our courier agent (on tracking info) and if no success, please contact us. Online orders will be processed as normal. In some cases where NZ post are delivering (as contracted in specific areas including rural), we are experiencing dramatic delays. Most of our parcels are delivered with Aramex. Please contact us if you have prolonged issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
