The Begonia 'Hot Spot' is a striking plant with pointed leaves of deep green with silvery-white spots and a red underside. These plants are supported by stakes to keep the stems upright.
- Habitat: Thrives in higher humidity and warmer household temperatures, avoid draughts or sudden temperature changes.
- Light: Bright, indirect light.
- Water: Keep steadily moist, but don't overwater.
- Soil: Use peat-based soil. Allow soil to dry out between waterings. Allow to drain.
- Fertiliser: Is only required once a year, through its growing season.
- Toxic: Yes, should not be consumed by animals or humans.
